Alta CP is proud to support our organisations and their staff with an Employee Assistance Program, or EAP, that is not only responsive in times of need but quick in identifying trends and providing preventative or early intervention options to keep your organisation productive, mentally healthy and sustainable.
Our EAP service includes:
Counselling Sessions: These sessions are available for employees and immediate family members. Clients have the option of engaging face-to-face, over the phone or via a secure online platform.
Manager Support: Managers are able to talk with our highly trained team via telephone to help prepare and/or debrief a difficult conversation or provide general confidential support for managers and leaders.
Critical Incident Management: When a crisis or traumatic event occurs at work, we can provide on-site support, individual and group counselling and consultancy to help impacted employees, teams and organisations recover.

When interpersonal issues at work cannot be solved alone, Alta CP is well placed to be able to deliver effective and solution focused mediation. Our team have extensive experience in conducting mediations for co-worker, staff-manager, manager-manager and team conflicts. In addition to mediation skills, our psychologists also possess skills in coaching, counselling, and organisational consultancy so as to be able to consider factors within a system that may improve future outcomes.

We can assist employers with assessing an employee’s psychological fitness for work and provide best practice strategies for successfully facilitating an employees return to work. Our psychologists work collaboratively with OSHGroup Occupational Physicians when medical intervention is required.
